Merydian Placement Partners Ltd operates exclusively as an independent care navigation, sourcing, and placement advisory agency.

We provide expert advice, logistical coordination, and clinical matching services to support families and hospital discharge teams.
We do not directly employ, manage, or deploy care workers to deliver "personal care" (hands-on physical assistance).
Consequently, our current scope of work does not constitute a "regulated activity" under the Health and Social Care Act 2008. Therefore, formal registration with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) is legally not required for our advisory and matching services.
